BOOKING

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 48 hours before the event.

CANCELLATIONS/RAIN-OUTS

If the client cancels 48 hours before the event date then ONLY the $100 deposit is retained by Big Screen Big Movies.

AFTER FULL PAYMENT IS MADE, Cancellations after 48 hours before the event date are tiered:

Client Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event date: $100 deposit plus "Delivery, Setup, Pickup" Fee is retained

(remaining balance refunded to client within 24 - 48 hours)

Rain-Outs (before unloading equipment at event location): $100 deposit plus "Delivery, Setup, Pickup" Fee is retained

(remaining balance refunded to client within 24 - 48 hours)

Rain-Outs (after unloading equipment at event location): No Refund
