Campmeeting overnight registration is now closed for overnight stays and meals. This form can still be used for daytime only registration and donations. There may still be some overnight accomodations available. If you missed the deadline and are still interested in staying overnight, please contact Steve Kufeldt at steve@hoodview.church to inquire after availability. Note that if you register after the deadline, meals will not be available.

Please note that meal registration is also closed so you will need to bring your own meals if you plan to register after this date.

Does your party have any preferences or plans for where they stay if staying overnight? Examples: Specific buildings, tent camping, RV spots, plan to stay with youth leader. If staying in an RV spot please note RV length and requirements such as power. We will contact you if we are not able to accommodate your preference or we need clarification. Some options may have limited availability.

Meals:

Registration for meals is now closed to give the WVC team adequate time to prepare for camps.

Donations:

As many of you know, Willamette Valley Campmeeting is funded by donations! Additionally, meals are offered free of charge and covered by donations. If you would like to donate below, it would be greatly appreciated!

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be given (minus card transaction fees) up to one week prior to the start of campmeeting. After this, we are unable to offer refunds. For more information contact steve@hoodview.church
