The ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR is presented annually to an associate member who has made a significant contribution to NUCA and the underground utility construction and excavation industry.
RULES FOR SUBMISSION
1. Any NUCA member may nominate an individual for this award.
2. Please use the form below to submit the nomination. Incomplete, or non-responsive submissions will not be considered by the Awards Committee.
3. A candidate may be nominated by more than one member, but the selection of award recipients is based solely on contributions to the industry, not on the number of nominations received.
4. Only the award recipients will be honored. There will be no honorable mentions or other acknowledgement of award nominees. The identity of nominees shall remain confidential.
DEADLINE
All nominations must be received by the close of business January 15, 2027.
JUDGING & PRESENTATION
The Awards Committee will select the winners. Any members of the committee nominated for an award will be excused from judging. If no one is nominated, no one will receive the award. Award winners will be notified by email. The award will be presented at the 2027 NUCA National Convention in Miramar Beach, Florida from March 9-12.
