OTF Downtown Phoenix is offering a FREE workout challenge, called the DRI-TRI (Orangetheory's version of a Triathlon). You have 3 options to choose from: Sprint, Full or Strength. You can complete any challenge at any of the heat times listed below. We ask that you show up 10 minutes early to sign a waiver before the challenge. Once you complete the challenge, stay as long as you'd like to enjoy music, browse local vendors, connect with the community and cheer others on!

Which Challenge?!
Sprint- First complete a 1000 meter row, then head to the weight room and complete 150 body weight reps (40 bench hop overs, 20 bench tap squats, 20 step ups each leg, 20 push ups, 10 burpees), finish on the tread with a 1.55 mile run!
Full-First complete a 2000 meter row, then head to the weight room and complete 300 body weight reps (2 rounds of 40 bench hop overs, 20 bench tap squats, 20 step ups each leg, 20 push ups, 10 burpees), finish on the tread with a 3.1 mile run!
Strength-Start with a 300 meter row, followed by 3 rounds of exercises (10 Dumbbell burpees, 10 hand release push ups, 10 weighted bench tap squats, 10 seated hammer curls to neutral grip shoulder presses, 10 Dumbbell alternating reverse lunges), then row another 300 meters, and complete 2 rounds of the exercises. Then row your final 300 meters, and complete 1 round in the weight floor. Finish on the treadmill with a 1 mile run, starting at 8% incline and decreasing by 2% every 0.25.
