The Ice Bin must be cleaned weekly. First register ice bin (tuesday) Mobile drinks ice bin (thursday) Drive Thru Drinks ice bin (friday)
Remove all ice from the bin
Remove ice scoop and drain plug from the bin, take to be washed.
Use water to melt any excess ice.
Once empty, sanitize and wipe the bin clean.
Rinse again.
Reassemble the scoop and drain plug.
Please leave ice bin to air out and dry.
