As a performer at the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire, you agree to the following guidelines:
🌙 Performance Standards
Performances must be family-friendly (PG–PG13).
Content should align with the magickal, mystical, and community-focused spirit of the faire.
No fire performances are permitted. Flow arts (hooping, LED, poi, juggling, etc.) are welcome.
Sets may be 20, 30, or 45 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
🌙 Professionalism
Performers are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled slot for check-in and setup.
Respect the event schedule — performances must start and end on time.
Performers provide their own instruments, props, costumes, and special equipment.
🌙 Technical Support
Basic sound system (mics + PA) will be provided if requested.
Performers must bring their own cables, adapters, or devices if special hookups are needed.
Lighting is not provided — performers should plan accordingly.
🌙 Engagement & Sales
Performers may sell CDs, merch, or related products after their performance.
Tip jars and QR code tipping are allowed.
Performers agree not to aggressively solicit sales during their set.
🌙 Safety & Conduct
Performers must follow all venue safety rules and event staff directions.
All performances must be safe for both participants and the audience.
No disruptive, hateful, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.
