Engagement & Compensation

Ticketed Workshops – Presenters receive 70% of ticket sales; the faire retains 30%. Tickets are priced $15–$25 by organizers for consistency.

Free Community Workshops – Limited sessions are offered free to attendees. Free workshops receive extra visibility (featured in program, spotlight on social media, and permission to sell/promote products afterward).

By submitting this application, I agree to the following:

Compensation:

Ticketed Workshops: For ticketed workshops/rituals, I will receive 70% of ticket sales; the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire will retain 30% for administrative and promotional costs. Ticket prices will be set between $15–$25 by the organizers for consistency.

Free Workshops: If I choose to present a free community workshop/ritual, I understand that I will not receive ticket revenue, but my session will receive enhanced visibility through program features, website placement, and social media spotlights. I may promote and sell my books, products, or services after my session.

Content Standards: My workshop or ritual will be educational, inclusive, and safe for attendees. It will not be presented as a sales pitch but as a meaningful, community-focused experience.

Responsibilities: I am responsible for providing my own tools, props, or special materials. I agree to arrive on time, check in with event staff, and respect the event schedule.

Conduct: I will maintain professionalism, respect toward attendees, staff, and fellow presenters, and follow all venue safety rules.
