  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    By signing below, you also acknowledge that you have read and understand the following information for the 2026 Black Walnut Festival:

    • The BWF Committee is required to follow event guidelines mandated by the State and Preble County Public Health Dept, and is committed to providing a great experience for our vendors and attendees.
    • The BWF planning committee will be advertising and promoting the Festival widely to support our great vendors and we will be doing all we can to make sure you have a profitable and fun weekend at our Festival.
    • If you are with a Direct Sales Company, opportunities are given to returning vendors first and we will add you to a waiting list. If we do not get to you on the waiting list, or if you prefer not to be on the waiting list, we will refund your application fee.
    • The Black Walnut Festival, Camden Comeback and/or it's individual or collective members are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to property and/or personal injury. All liability is the sole responsibility of vendors.

  • APPLICATION DEADLINE:

    Returning vendors who wish to guarantee their same booth location in 2026 must submit/return an application by Dec. 31, 2025.

    For general submission beginning January 1, 2026, there is no deadline although we have sold out of vendor spaces well before the Festival the last three years. Vendor applications are accepted until we are full.

    To reserve a spot for the 2026 Black Walnut Festival, please submit this application. When your application is approved, we will send you a email confirmation of you application and a link to make payment for your space. Thank you!
