ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing below, you also acknowledge that you have read and understand the following information for 2026 Festival:
- The BWF Committee is required to follow event guidelines mandated by the State and Preble County Public Health Dept, but is committed to also providing a great experience for our vendors and attendees.
- A Food Vendors' entire trailer, truck and/or set up (including tents, contents, tables, generators, ice coolers, trash cans, trailer tongue, etc.) are required to fit within the space you register and pay for. We will assign vendor spaces based on the size purchased and vendors will not be permitted to overflow beyond their assigned spaces for any reason when arriving for set up. If a vendor's set up needs does not space the space reserved, they may be asked to move to another location to accommodate the additional booth space needs.
- As always, all food vendors must abide by Preble County Health Dept. guidelines and must have appropriate permit(s). For more information, please contact them directly at 937-472-0087.
- The Black Walnut Festival, Camden Comeback and/or it's individual or collective members are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to property and/or personal injury. All liability is the sole responsibility of vendors.
PLEASE NOTE: All vendor applications must be returned completed, signed and with payment by September 25, 2026.
Applications received after this date, except from those on a waiting list with us, will incur a $25.00 late fee. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $30.00. If the event is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
