This is an outdoor event. Please plan accordingly. Exhibitors accept all risk for themselves, their set-up, and their products.
Early Registration: $40.00
After October 15th, registration will be $50.00.
Vendor spaces are approximately 12 x 12, though some may be slightly larger or smaller due to the sidewalk layout. If you feel you need a larger space, please contact Andrea Young at 731-609-9250 (texts or Facebook Messenger are preferred for Andrea) or Vickie Walton at 731-658-6554. We will do our best to accommodate requests for larger spots. Set-up begins at 7:30 AM, and we ask that all vendors remain set up until the event ends at 3:00 PM, unless severe weather requires early teardown. To ensure your placement, please submit your payment and completed form by October 23, 2025. If you have any questions aboout the event or your space, feel free to reach out to the contacts listed above.

**Use the donation button & select an amount or fill in the amount on the blank spot, add to cart, them "checkout". Keep your receipt and please add the "Order Number" to your registration so I can match it. Please text or message me when you do this so I know to look for it. Any type of card should work as well as other methods. Remember, I MUST have your registration and payment to confirm. If you complete this form and fail to pay through the link above or mail your check to the address below before OCTOBER 23, 2025, you may lose your event space.
