    PARTICIPANT(S) INFORMATION

  • Enrollment opens on January 1st each year for the academic year beginning in September. This form is for both FULL-TERM and SHORT-TERM enrollment.  Priority is given to Full-Term participants. Short-Term participants must sign up for a full Trimester, we do not allow mid-term placements.

    If space is not available, the participant will automatically be placed on our waiting list.  

    Application fee is $50 per student. Participants must be at least six years old by the first day of class.
