Take all clear bins to be washed.
Take all blue trays on the mobile carry-out shelf to be washed.
Remove all black and clear nozzles from the soda towers.
Black nozzles are placed into a clear bucket, with hot water.
Clear diffusers are placed into a clear bucket, with sanitizer water.
All nozzles and diffusers must be scrubbed using a brush.
Use the brush to clean the socket for the nozzles.
Remove all remaining parts and take back to be washed.
Clean all surfaces of the soda tower.
Please refill ice bins, unless one is being cleaned.
Stock up lids, straws and cup carriers.
Refill all cup cubbies.
Make sure the front drink fridge is correctly stocked.
Cover lemon wedges with plastic wrap. If they due date is expired or if its saturday, please throw away.
Refill any sauces and utensils.
