Sponsorship & Program Ad Agreement
By submitting this application, I agree to the following:
Commitment: My business/organization commits to the sponsorship tier or ad package selected above for the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire โ June 20โ21, 2026.
Payment: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of application. Payment secures benefits, booth space, and ad placement.
Next Steps: Once payment is received, the organizers will send detailed sponsor information, including file submission deadlines and promotional timelines.
Materials: Logos, ad artwork, and any other required files must be submitted no later than May 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in print and digital materials. We will contact you regarding uploading of ad artwork and logos!ย
Booth & Benefits: Booth spaces, ads, and promotional perks are assigned based on tier selection and availability. The organizers will make every effort to honor preferences but cannot guarantee placement.
Brand Alignment: All sponsor promotions, booth displays, and ads must align with the family-friendly, magickal, and community-focused atmosphere of the event. Organizers reserve the right to request edits or refuse content that does not fit.
Transferability: Sponsorships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another approved business/organization with prior approval from the organizers.
Additional Terms for Program Ad Only Supporters
Ad artwork must meet the provided technical specifications (dimensions, format, resolution, color).
Ads will appear in both the printed program (distributed at the event) and the digital program (website + social media download).
Ad-only supporters will also be listed in the Supporters section of our website and may provide a flyer or business card for the community info table at the event.
