    Welcome to the 2025-2026 Massachusetts All-State Conference Exhibitor Registration Form. 

    If purchasing by check or purchase order, please include the check or po number in the appropriate field below. 

    If paying by credit card, you will be able to access our credit card payment portal after hitting the submit button on this page.

    The deadline for Exhibitor Registration is February 1st, 2026 however the application will close when we have sold all of our spaces. Registration is not confirmed without payment.  Reservations made for exhibitor space must be cancelled by February 14, 2026 in order to receive a refund.

  • Booth/Display Selection

    Exhibit Space is booked in eight-foot increments. Each exhibit space consists of (1) 8-foot open table top display area and two chairs and a table cloth (no pipe and drape). One (1) 8-foot table is provided per exhibit space.  Any displays wider than 8 feet will require an additional table.
