    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to provide operational and project management support to our technical operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day reporting activities, tracking key project metrics, and reporting of key data in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    General Duties/Responsibilities:

    Project Coordination and Management:
    Assist in the planning, execution, reporting and monitoring of technical projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and expectations.
    Track project progress, document key activities, and follow up with teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
    Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
    Partner and Vendor Coordination:
    Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    Technical Support Coordination:
    Provide logistical and administrative support during technical operations, including managing schedules for engineers and technical staff.
    Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day technical activities by addressing operational challenges and coordinating solutions.
    Required Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management.
    Experience in technical operations, engineering, or related industries is a plus.
    Skills:
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) is a plus.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.
    Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and independently.
    Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

    Salary Range:

    This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours a week, working during the NBA season. Hours will likely fall on evenings and weekends.
    Pay: up to $40/hour
