This document explains the rules for buying advertising services from Tasha K through the "Advertise with Tasha K" form. By submitting your order and making a payment, you are agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not submit the form or make a payment.
1. The Services
Tasha K (or her team) will provide the promotional services you choose on the order form (like shout-outs, commercials, or cross-promotions). You must send all required materials, such as images, videos, and scripts, by the agreed-upon deadlines.
2. Payment
You agree to pay the full amount for the services you select. Payment is due in full at the time you place your order, unless we've made a different arrangement in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on the order form.
3. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you cannot request a refund, cancellation, or credit. We will not issue any refunds, returns, or credits, regardless of any changes in your situation or your opinion about the service.
4. Your Content & Our Approval
You confirm that you have the right to use all the content you provide (images, videos, etc.) and that it does not infringe on anyone else's copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
Tasha K has the right to reject or change any content that she believes is inappropriate, illegal, or doesn't fit with her brand or platform.
5. Scheduling & Delivery
We will work to meet the release dates you select, but these dates are estimates, not guarantees. If there are delays because of you (for example, if you're late providing materials), the schedule may be pushed back.
6. Ownership of Content
You grant Tasha K a license to use your content for the agreed-upon promotion. You still own your content, but you agree that Tasha K can use it to perform the promotional services you purchased.
7. Our Responsibilities & Guarantees
The services are provided "as is." We do not make any guarantees about specific results, such as a certain number of views, clicks, or sales, unless we have specifically promised this to you in writing.
8. Your Responsibility
You agree to protect Tasha K and her team from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including legal fees) that result from your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement on a third party's rights.
9. Limit of Liability
Tasha K is not responsible for any indirect or punitive damages that might arise from these terms or the services provided. In any case, Tasha K's total responsibility to you will never be more than the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Cancellation by Tasha K
Tasha K can choose to cancel or refuse to provide services at any time for any reason. If she cancels for a reason that is not related to you breaching these terms, she will notify you and, at her discretion, either issue a refund or offer alternate dates/options. This does not change the no-refunds policy if the service has already been completed or has substantially begun.
11. Legal Issues & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled in [City, State/Country].
12. Your Agreement
By submitting the form and making a payment, you confirm that:
