For those interested in Live, On-Location training, a minimum of 12 participants is required no matter the training type, otherwise your training will be hosted live, but virtually. PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM. We are vendors and accept vendor payments, purchase orders, checks, credit/debit card payments, Title 1 & 2 funds and more.
