    ICSI Agreement 2025: usage of frozen semen

    Please select your stallion and fill out all information.  The terms and conditions are set by Zangersheide and this agreement is between you and Zangersheide.  WellGrove Equine has no control over the terms of your transaction for this ICSI contract.

    Stoeterij Zangersheide N.V. - Agreement : Usage of frozen semen

  • Stoeterij Zangersheide NV and the above mentioned mare owner agreed upon the following:

    • The client must pay the ICSI Price upfront. Payment will be due by the client directly to WellGrove Equine. The price for the ICSI session is listed in the table above.

    • The ICSI procedure can and should only take place at the ICSI lab selected in the table below, at their facility in the USA.

    • The frozen semen of the stallion mentioned in the table above may be used for one ICSI session with the ova of only one mare specified in the table above, which will be fertilised with thepurpose of producing embryos.

    • Written permission to use the frozen semen for one session will be given to the selected ICSI lab by WellGrove Equine after this completed and signed Usage Of Frozen Semen For ICSI Agreement is in the possession of WellGrove Equine.

    • As soon as known, WellGrove Equine should be informed of the number of embryos produced. There will be no additional payment based on the number of embryos produced. If no embryos are produced there is no right to any relief of payment.

    • The semen must be used within the same breeding season as the Usage Of Frozen Semen For ICSI Agreement was signed, unless otherwise agreed with and after approval of Zangersheide.
