I understand that lawn aeration involves the use of heavy equipment that penetrates the soil and may cause disruption to the surface. By requesting service, I accept full responsibility for marking or notifying Meck Lawn, a trade name of Patrick Register Commercial Real Estate Co., of all underground utilities, sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting, drainage pipes, septic systems, surface roots, or any other buried obstacles. I acknowledge and agree that Meck Lawn, Patrick Register Commercial Real Estate Co., and their representatives are not responsible for any damage to items on my property. I further acknowledge and accept that Meck Lawn, Patrick Register Commercial Real Estate Co., and their representatives are not responsible for any damage of any kind to my property, whether above ground or below ground, including but not limited to: personal property, landscaping, plants, trees, roots, shrubs, turf, hardscapes, fences, gates, mailboxes, outdoor furniture, decorative items, fixtures, walkways, patios, porches, decks, driveways, curbs, sidewalks, or any other structures or improvements. I understand that normal aeration activity may result in incidental contact with such property, and I waive any and all claims related to such contact. I further warrant and represent that I am the legal owner of the property where services are requested, or that I otherwise have full legal authority to consent to these terms on behalf of the property owner. Pricing: Up to 10,000 SF – $124; 10,001–15,000 SF – $169; Over 15,000 SF – Contact for a custom quote. By submitting this request, I acknowledge and agree that I will be billed according to the pricing above for all services performed and that I am responsible for timely payment in full. Payment is accepted via cash, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Checks are not accepted. I expressly release and hold harmless Meck Lawn, Patrick Register Commercial Real Estate Co., and their representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to the performance of lawn aeration services.
