I hereby voluntarily, without consideration or any promise of any consideration, give my authorization and consent, now and in perpetuity, without reservation to TCA and any other person or entity authorized by TCA (collectively, “the TCA Users”), to copyright, or publicly use, reuse, publish, republish, reproduce, display, broadcast or otherwise distribute any photographs, video and media submissions I provide to TCA (the “Images”), and that my authorization and consent as provided herein applies worldwide to both the original Images as well as to reproductions thereof in all media now or hereafter known, in all cases with or without my name or information about me, and for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, educational, promotional, commercial or fundraising purposes, (“the Permitted Uses”), as determined in the sole discretion of TCA or any of the TCA Users. The Permitted Uses may include, but are not limited to, reproducing the Images (including likenesses of the Images) in brochures, posters, promotions or advertising, for educational, promotional, commercial or public relations purposes, and may include the publication of the Images in national media including newspapers, magazines or television, or on the Internet. I understand and agree that I am entitled to receive no compensation for the above.
I also acknowledge that I have the authority and permission from all parties within the Images to act on their behalf and grant TCA permission of use.
By executing this Authorization, Consent and Release, I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge TCA, its officers, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, licensees, and assignees, and any of the TCA Users from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, judgements, damages, actions or other rights that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate now have or in the future may have, arising out of from the use of such Images in connection with the Permitted Uses.
