WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Proven track record in developing competitive athletes (e.g., players achieving national/international rankings)
- Strong communication and leadership skills working with athletes and staff
- Ability to design individualized training and performance plans for different player profiles
- Experience in tournament preparation and match analysis
- Commitment to fostering a positive, high-performance team culture
- Full availability from June 1 – August 2, 2026, with willingness to reside in one of our hubs during the season
- Presence at the March 13, 2026 Draft in Miami to make informed player selections for your team.

Coaching with INTENNSE requires full commitment during the two-month season, as well as a few key pre-season responsibilities. Coaches will be asked to attend promotional/launch events (dates TBC), take an active role in player scouting, and be present at the Player Draft on March 13th to select their team. Please let us know if any of these requirements present a conflict for you.
