This is your chance to be part of a league reimagining pro tennis — fast, team-first, and athlete-centered. This is a detailed application. Please answer thoroughly.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
- Proven track record in developing competitive athletes (e.g., players achieving national/international rankings)
- Strong communication and leadership skills working with athletes and staff
- Ability to design individualized training and performance plans for different player profiles
- Experience in tournament preparation and match analysis
- Commitment to fostering a positive, high-performance team culture
- Full availability from June 1 – August 2, 2026, with willingness to reside in our Atlanta hub for the duration of the season (please note, advertised player/coach pay is inclusive of a reasonable living allowance, as so determined by the league). Players/teams will therefore be responsible for their own accommodation/travel expenses through the course of the regular league season. For those teams qualifying for the playoffs weekend July 30-August 2nd, the league will cover additional travel/accommodation costs incurred.

Coaching with INTENNSE requires full commitment during the two-month season, as well as a few key pre-season responsibilities. Coaches will be asked to attend promotional/launch events (dates TBC), take an active role in player scouting, and be present at the Player Draft in March 2026 to select their team. Please let us know if any of these requirements present a conflict for you.

Additionally, coaches must be willing to reside in one of our two hub locations for the duration of the season. Advertised pay is inclusive of a reasonable living allowance, as determined by the league. Players and teams will therefore be responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses throughout the season.
