It is so important that we recognise our volunteers for their incredible service. Without them we couldn't provide the amazing experiences that we do today.
Most volunteers within Scouting look for no reward or thanks, but thanks is always appreciated. Celebrating someone’s hard work is always important, and can motivate them even more.
Please use this form to nominate someone in the district for an award. Here is some information on the awards that you can nominate for.
Official Scout Awards
Some of these awards have a criteria attached to them but if you feel this is the right one for a volunteer then please go ahead and nominate them. If they don't match the criteria, we will see what else they may be eligible for. These awards include:
- Good Service Award
- Commissioners Commendation
- Meritorious Conduct and Gallantry Award
District Annual Awards
These are additional awards that we want to use to recognise those people around the district who really go above and beyond in their roles. Nominations for these awards will be reviewed by the Local Awards Advisory Group, and then shared at the Awards Evening in January. You can nominate multiple people on seperate forms so get nominating!

- Scout Volunteer of the Year
- Explorer Volunteer of the Year
- Trustee of the Year
