What is Frontier WinterFest?
Frontier Winterfest is a yearly conference for students dedicated to teaching, equipping, and empowering them to live out their highest potential, and to deepen their relationship with Christ. Our focus is worship, word, and having the best time of our lives. Frontier is an Experience!
When and where is Frontier WinterFest?
January 23-25, 2026 at the Texas Church of God Convention Center in Weatherford, TX
How much will Frontier WinterFest cost?
$140 deposit per student, and $90 for any additional student in your family. This will cover the costs of: (1) Entry, (2) Transportation, (3) Hotel, (4) One fun activity outside of Frontier in Dallas, (5) Breakfast, (6) 1 group Meal, and (7) the Echo X Winterfest Hoodie.
What if I want to go with my student to WinterFest?
Sure! Parents are more than welcome to join, but they each must go through a background check. Also, each parent must cover their own entry fee to Winterfest of $110 (due Nov. 19), each adult must fill out a registration form (due Nov. 19), cover their hotel room, cover their meals, and cover their fun activity cost, and their hoodie costs $25 (due Nov. 19) *hoodie is optional
Finally, if you join us, we ask that parents not sit with students during services as we want them to have the full Frontier Winterfest experience with their friends!
My student doesn't have a phone, how will we keep in touch?
No worries! All of our chaperones will have phones, and the Pastoral Team will create a group chat for parents to keep them updated.
Where will my kids sleep?
All boys will be placed in groups and assigned to a hotel room with male chaperones and Girls will also be placed in groups and assigned to a room in a different floor with their female Willow Park, TX 76087)
What should my student pack for Frontier WinterFest?
The basics! (1) comfortable clothes, (2) toiletries, (3) Echo X Winterfest Hoodie, (4) phone & charger, (5) extra spending money for food, snacks, & souvenirs.
