No refunds. No entry fee will be refunded for any reason. This is a fundraiser event and donations are made directly to fund scholarship(s).

ATTIRE: This is a semi-glitz pageant. Flippers, hair pieces, spray tans, nails, etc. are allowed provided they are age appropriate.

BACK STAGE: Only ONE person per contestant is allowed backstage. Please no men backstage as our young ladies are dressing.

AGE DIVISION: May go up to next age division if birthday occurs AFTER entry form submission.

There must be at 2 least contestants per age divison or that division will be closed.

ADMISSION:$10 PER PERSON. (Preferably cash but cash app and/or Zelle is accepted) (One person per contest will be admitted free.) Children under age 2 are free.

ALL judges' decisions are FINAL and will not be disputed. Score sheets will be emailed to the email address listed above within 7 to 10 days after pageant for a nominal fee of $1 (to be paid in cash at the pageant). The Pageant Committee, Directors, and Facility are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items or for any accident or injury incurred at the pageant or during travel to and from the pageant.

We encourage positive comments to and from the contestants and their guests. We believe that every contestant is a winner. However, only one winner will be chosen per category. Each age division will be awarded Queen, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Runner up. For any age division with more than 7 contestants a 4th runner up will be named.

I certify that I and anyone in my entourage will conduct themselves in a positive, sportsmanlike manner. Any unsportmanslike conduct from me or anyone in my entourage will result in being escorted off the premises and will not be allowed to return.

ATTESTATION: I have read, understood and accept the rules for participation in the Miss Voices of Hope Pageant. I fully understand that neither the Director, Pageant representatives nor VFW Post 6605 will be held responsible for any stolen property, accidents, or damages during, in transit to or from this event or while representing this pageant.
