  • Exhibit Space Application & Contract

    This agreement will serve as both your application and contract, which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in the 25th Annual West Coast Women's Show taking place at TRADEX in Abbotsford on November 21, 22 & 23, 2025.

    Application Process

    • Show Management will assign booth placements based on exhibitor preferences whenever possible. If your preferred choices are unavailable, we will assign the next best option based on availability and suitability.
    • An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide, confirming your participation.
    • Your invoice will include the contracted price for your requested exhibit space.
    • Full payment is due upon receipt of your confirmation invoice.

    Show Policies

    • Show Management reserves the right to make any changes to the floor plan at its discretion.
    • Booth space will not be designated, confirmed, or held for more than 2 days without a deposit or payment in accordance with the payment schedule.
    • Exhibitors will be notified when the Exhibitor Manual is available online to assist with show planning.
    • Exhibitors who sample food or beverage products which require handling, cooking and / or preparation or who provide personal services (e.g., nails, electrolysis, laser hair removal, etc.) must meet all local health authority regulations.
    • Electrical, plumbing, rigging, and other utility services are not included but can be ordered separately by exhibitors.

    • Booth Setup & Amenities:
      • 8' back drape and 3' side drape

      • Exhibitor badges:
        • 5 per 10' x 10' booth (10 for a 10' x 20')

    Food & Beverage Exhibitors

    • All food and beverage exhibitors are able to sell pre-packaged food for off-site and take-home consumption.
    • All food and beverage exhibitors are able to sample food at the show, based on Fraser Health approval.
    • Food and beverage exhibitors are not permitted to sell food at the show for on-site consumption.
    • Food trucks are not permitted at the show.
    • Licensed liquor manufacturers with an on-site store endorsement are permitted to sell packaged liquor and samples at the show.
