Entry Fee for Individual is $50 and $100 for Business/Team
Load-In and Setup:
- Contestants may load in between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Propane grills only are permitted for cooking. No charcoal or open-flame setups will be allowed.
Cooking and Submission Requirements:
- All burgers must be prepared on-site and delivered to the official judging station, located at the corner of Tyler St. and Prairieville St., between 3:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on the day of the event. Each entry must include two (2) fully assembled hamburgers cut into quarters and will be blindly judged.
- A completed entry form must accompany each submission. Also, entries without a form will not be accepted. All packaging must be secure and clearly labeled and will be provided.
Judging and Awards:
- Judging will be conducted blindly by a panel of judges. Winners will be announced at 4:00 p.m. from the Main Festival Stage, located on the west side of the Henderson County Courthouse square. Compete for the honor of taking home the coveted Golden Hamburger and $1,400 in Cash Prizes!
