My Private Idaho - The Devils to the Sawtooths and Beyond

Join us for another INWAC Local Caravan. This is an outstanding adventure called--"My Private Idaho"--where we'll make stops in some of the most stunning gems of Central Idaho. Where we can travel off the beaten path but never leave paved roads or not have full hookups for our Airstreams. Where we may encounter more wildlife than stop signs along the way.

This 10-night caravan has limited space, with only 6 spots available, and is designed for busy professionsals or anyone looking for a shorter caravan experience. We will kick off the adventure on a Friday and wrap up the journey on a Sunday, so all you need to do is take a week off work to experience the magic of Idaho in its truest, most pristine form.

This caravan is self-supporting with each caravanner paying a proportionate share of the expense upfront. A kitty fee is normally assessed each caravanner and it is then used to pay authorized expenses and for things in which the entire group is expected to participate. Participants will be placed on the "GO-LIST" once their deposit is paid and received by the Caravan Leader.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

There is a maximum of 6 spaces available with registration remaining open until all spaces are filled. Registration requires a $350 deposit to be confirmed on the 'go list'. The remainder of the fees will be due in two payments on or before November 1, 2025 an on or before January 10, 2026.

Deposit Required

This caravan requires each Airstream to prepay $350 to hold your spot. This deposit can be paid directly to INWAC via PayPal during the registration process, or by check. The total cost of the caravan is $985 (2ppl) or $940 (1per) and the remaining balance is due as follows: on or before November 1, 2025 - a $300 payment, and on or before January 10, 2026 - a $335 final payment.

Cancellation Information (Cancellation Fee Policy)

If cancelling, a fee of $100 plus any non-recoverable expenses will be withheld.

PayPal or Credit Card

You will be directed to Paypal when you hit the Payment Method buttons below. The amount charged will be as shown above. You can use either your Paypal account or a Credit Card.

If you want to use a credit card, then choose the Debit or Credit Card Button. A pop-up screen will appear where you will enter payment details. After entering your payment details and address, be sure to slide the “Save info & create your PayPal account” to the “off” position. This will take you directly to a “pay now” button.

Pay-by-Check

The Rally Host / Co-Host will be sent your 'Pay-by-Check' $350 deposit request. They will contact you and provide the information on where to send and address the check required for this caravan. They can also talk with you about other payment options not covered by Paypal, Venmo, or Credit Cards.
