IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This course is a blended class. The initial part of the training is completed ON-LINE. The final portion of the class is IN-PERSON. PRIOR to attending the in-person skills class, you MUST complete the online portion of the Adult CPR/FA/AED class on your own. You will receive an email of completion from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI) after completing the online portion, which must be presented to the trainer for the in-person's skills. IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP MULTIPLE PEOPLE, EVERY PERSON MUST HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS.
Participants will receive an email from HSI with a link to the required online portion of the CPR course. The email will be sent approximately two (2) weeks prior to the in-person skills session to the email address you provide on this registration form. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder, as the email may be filtered there.
