• Initial Medication Administration Certification 1 - Prescribed Medications and Health Related Activities

  • Two 8-hour class days 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Class size limited to 15 participants
  • Classes will typically take place at 1495 West Longview Ave. Room 235, areas A,B,C,D.

    ***NOTE: The September 24-25, 2026 class will be held at 721 Scholl Rd, Mansfield, OH 44907 in the multipurpose room
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    To attend this training, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), and have background check results completed by a developmental disabilities agency (or by being a DODD-certified independent provider).  Please complete the   Medication Administration Certification Course Application and present to the RN Trainer at the time of class. You will receive the link for the course application in your email following completion of this application.
