  • Root & Rise: Grounded in Nature, Growing into Self

Restoring the bond between self and soil: an ecotherapy experience designed to ground, awaken, and inspire. Through guided practices of gratitude, reflection, exploration, and the Japanese art of shinrin yoku (forest bathing), we’ll weave together indoor and outdoor spaces that invite deeper connection both to the earth and to our own inner nature. Step away from daily demands, root yourself in presence, and rise renewed.
