  • Hand Out Flyers - 'Vote YES' on the 10-1 Referendum at Voting Locations November 4, 2025

  • Early Voting Hours & Days

    • Early Voting Hours at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, Bldg. 14 location are 8 am - 5 pm, M-F through Friday, October 24; Saturday hours are added on October 25 & November 1. Saturday hours are 9 am - 5 pm.
    • Beginning on Saturday, October 25, five Satellite Early Voting Locations are added (listed below.) The hours at all Satellite Early Voting locations are 9 am to 5 pm, from Saturday, October 25 to Saturday, November 1.
    • To hand out flyers FILL OUT THE FORM below and someone will contact you with flyer pickup location.

    • Please consider signing up on a Saturday, when there is a higher volume of voters.
