To request a reprint of your diploma or degree, please complete the request form below. Please allow for 5-10 business days for your order to be confirmed and printed, and additional time for shipping.
Shipping timelines depends on the destination:
- Within Ontario: 5-7 business days
- Outside Ontario, within Canada: 7-10 business days
- USA: 10-15 business days
- Outside Canada and USA: up to 20 business days
Please note: Pick up is available at the CCNM - Toronto campus only. To pick up your diploma or degree, please visit the Mailroom, located in the Toronto Campus basement, open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ET.
