No medical, nutritional, or dietary claims are made regarding these products. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions are responsible for determining suitability.
Preorders, Payment & Final Sale
By placcing a preorder in this form, the customer assumes the responsibility to pay for their order before or at the time of pick up with cash or through venmo (to @allie-deboer22). Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final once an order is placed. Cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed and are at the baker’s discretion. Failure to pick up and pay for my order may result in future orders being denied.
Pickup Policy (Pickup Only)
Orders must be picked up at the designated date, time window, and location provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for timely pickup. Orders not picked up within the pickup window may be forfeited without refund.
Product Variability
Sourdough is a naturally fermented product. Variations in appearance, crumb structure, flavor, weight, and scoring are normal and are not considered defects.
Food Safety & Storage
Proper storage and handling after pickup is the responsibility of the customer. The baker is not responsible for spoilage or quality issues after the product has been transferred to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected solely for order fulfillment and communication, unless expressed consent is given for marketing communcation from Loop & Loaf LLC (email and/or SMS text messages). Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required to process payments. Customers may request deletion of their information at any time.
