Selected creators will be expected to fulfill the following requirements:
Review and sign a contract to ensure adherence to the program guidelines.
Agree to a grant of rights including: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you hereby grant Toys R US Canada LTD, its affiliates, agents, and assigns the right to use and exhibit within Canada in social media/digital media for six months starting from the day the content is posted: (i) your name, likeness, voice, signature, video, and image in connection with the Program; (ii) the URL, links, cutdowns, and screenshots from your Program-related blogs, videos, images, and websites; and (iii) the Content in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, in advertising and promotional materials, on Toys R US Canada LTD’s websites, external websites, and Toys R US Canada LTD-owned and paid social media channels, including, without limitation, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You also hereby grant Toys R US Canada LTD, its affiliates, agents, and assigns the right to publicize your association with Toys R US Canada LTD and its products and services, and the right to include on its websites a link to your Program-related content, blogs, or websites, or other Content. In the event of termination, Toys R US Canada LTD agrees to remove all of your Content from its websites. You agree that no advertisement or other material needs to be submitted to you for any further approval. You agree that the content posted on your page in connection with the program will remain on your channel for at least one year.
