Training Course Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Registration & Deposit Requirement
To secure a seat in any training course, participants are required to submit a non-refundable deposit of 20% down at the time of registration.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the total course fee.
Registrations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration by submitting written notice (email is acceptable).
Refunds of the deposit will be processed as follows:
- More than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund
- Less than 30 days before the course start date: No Refund unless the spot can be filled. If the spot can be filled, the deposit will be refunded in full.
3. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend without prior written cancellation forfeit all fees paid, including the deposit.
