Fees: $400 (includes both Friday and Saturday)

I acknowledge and agree that the Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District, the Sponsoring Organizations, the District Board, District staff, and event volunteers of the event shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment or merchandise, nor for any accident or injury to myself, my staff, or my property. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the above-listed entities from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in this event.*

I understand that each vendor is responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, electricity, and any additional materials required for their booth. Vendors must maintain a clean and orderly space, properly dispose of their own trash, and staff their booth during all designated event hours. Each vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary insurance, business licenses, permits, or other documentation required to operate in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations..*

I understand that all fees are non-refundable. The Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District reserves the right to remove any vendor or vendor representative from the event at any time, without refund, if their conduct is deemed contrary to the best interests of the event.*
