ECYLO Background Check
In order to ensure the protection of children and finances affiliated with the Eaton County Youth Livestock Organization, policy requires, prior to any and all persons providing certain volunteer services, that all potential volunteers complete a State of Michigan ICHAT (Internet Criminal History Access Tool) background check. The ICHAT background check is through the Michigan State Police and is based on individual identifiers.

Background checks will expire 1 year after the submission date. So make sure you redo your background check every year.

**Any applicant declining to complete a Volunteer Background Check form will NOT be considered**

Please take the time to fill out this form in full. Staff will be notified, and the ICHAT process will run. Upon running the ICHAT process, you will be notified if you are approved or not to be a volunteer with us.

If you are a registered exhibitor for the current fair and over 18, you do NOT have to submit a Background Check.
