To count as active, the Chapter must report distribution of Citizens Commission on Human Rights materials, hold seminars or events, or complete program targets.

To count as active, the individual, business or civic group must report delivery of TWTH seminars, events held or distribution of The Way to Happiness booklets to others as described in "How to Use This Book" section of The Way to Happiness.
To count as active, the Narconon center must be delivering, must have the required license and must have paid all required fees.
To count as active, definition: Number of individuals or groups disseminating or applying LRH Administrative Tech in the community or society.
To count as active, the Criminon individual, group, or center must be applying LRH Tech in society. Individuals and groups delivering services that require a license must have the required license and must have paid any required fees. Not all activities require a license. Special Event and Activities Section
This section is being provided so you can fill out additional information about your activities for use in local or international promotion of the campaigns. It's use is for larger activities, seminars and events, etc.

Please read the descriptions under each part so you know exactly what is needed. You can be brief, but make sure your answers are complete
WHAT? (Special Event or Activity Description)
State what the event or activity was. Include any name or slogan used to identify the event and anything special or unique about it.
WHO?
State who organized the event and who were the public that attended. Give the names and titles of any important people present and what they did. Provide any other notable information about the attendees and the total number of attendees.
WHY and HOW?
State why this event or activity was held, what the purpose of the event or activity was and how it came about.
WHERE and WHEN?
Included where and when the event or activity was held and anything significant or important about the location.
RESULTS / ACCOMPLISHMENTS of the EVENT
List the results and accomplishments of the event. List any awards or recognitions presented, the name of the award, who presented it and what it was for. Provide the data on any media that resulted from the event with the name of the media outlet. Make sure to upload any photos or video. Include anecdotes and highlights from the event or activity, any wins or anything unique.
STATISTICS
Include any and all statistics including number of attendees, any promotional or educational items distributed, people reached. Additional examples for this section are: Total number of volunteers, number of people enrolled for your services as a result of the event, amount raised in fundraising, etc
