    Welcome to Events by Sydney! Thank you for applying to participate in our event. Events by Sydney offers events in the center court and common areas of the Layton Hills Mall. The mall traffic flows around us.

    Days of Event: Saturday & Sunday

    Hours of Operation: Saturday 10 to 8

                                     Sunday 12 to 6

    Booth Size: 8 feet of frontage (8 feet width, 6 feet depth (including depth of table), 10 feet height maximum from the floor. You must bring your tables and chairs (two chairs allowed per 8-foot space). These dimensions must be adhered to. Black tablecloths are required. Branded tablecloths must be pre-approved.

  • Application Evaluation Criteria: Sydney, LLC staff will evaluate applications received. Applications are accepted or denied based on the following criteria: 1. Business Vendor’s product or services are suitably aligned to the event purpose, meets the expectations of event patrons, and meets mall vendor criteria. 2. Product or service popularity, uniqueness, and the level of competition within a singular product category. There is no exclusivity of vendors. The number of vendors allowed in one category is taken into consideration by Sydney, LLC. 3. History of compliance with event rules, left early at previous event, did not actively operate their business (stayed at booth, engaged with customers), and federal, state, county, city and health department licensing and regulations. 4. History of Business Vendor conduct toward event patrons, fellow vendors, and event staff. 5. No unresolved debt to Sydney, LLC including but not limited to, outstanding fees due from prior events. Business Vendor Applications will be rejected if they determine: 1. An application is not consistent with the purpose of the prescribed market as stated in the Recitals. 2. An application that, is controversial or objectionable by community standards.
