If you require a return (i.e. unsuitable for you) simply follow the following steps:
- Take photos of the condition of the product (sole & upper).
- Post the item back to us at our headquarters (i.e via Australia Post or Sendle etc.) to:

- Record or a keep a copy of the tracking information.
- Fill and submit the Refund Request Form below.
- We should be able to issue your refund after receiving all the correct information.
Terms & Conditions for Returns/Refunds
- Items are of a resellable condition (i.e. not dirty)
- Items are posted back in its original packaging
- Claim is made within 45 Days of Receiving
- Return postage is covered by the buyer
- Tracking number MUST be EMAILED to us when processing any return or exchange. If the tracking isn’t provided, this can result in delays.
- The original shoebox must be in its original condition and must not be marked with packing tape, label stickers, writing etc. as this will void your return.
- We deduct a 10% restocking fee for items sent back without the original packaging.
