As a volunteer with Jaz'Rii Productions, I agree to:

1. Follow Instructions: Comply with directions from staff and program leaders at all times.

2. Be Reliable: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and communicate in advance if unavailable.

3. Respect Everyone: Treat staff, fellow volunteers, and participants with courtesy and professionalism.

4. Maintain Safety: Follow all safety rules, use equipment properly, and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

5. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of participants and keep sensitive information confidential.

6. Professional Conduct: Avoid inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behavior.

7. Responsibility: Complete tasks to the best of your ability and ask questions if unsure.

8. Report Issues Promptly: Inform staff immediately of accidents, injuries, or policy concerns

I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product and understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
