By completing this form you agree to the following terms:
- Once we have received your form we will provide this to the owner of the bikini to either accept or decline your offer.
- This form is not a guarentee that your offer is accepted
- There may be other customers completing an offer form to purchase the same bikini, it is up to the owner to decide on the offer they wish to accept (names and details of customer providing the offer will be kept confidential unless otherwise consented)
- KINI HIRE will contact you directly regarding the owners response whether it is accepted, provide a counter offer or declined if they do not wish to sell (this can be up to 48 hours)
- KINI HIRE can then offer a buy back option which means when the customer is done with the bikini you can then sell it back to KINI HIRE for 50% the price they bought it for
- It is to your understanding that purchasing a hired bikini means the bikini has general wear and tear and is not in brand new unworn condition.
- If your offer is accepted the bikini will be sent to you once your payment has been processed and at our earliest convenience (guarenteed before your nominated show date provided)
- Payment MUST be made to finalise your order - bookings will still be active until your payment has been successfully processed.
- NOTE: Your bikini may be booked prior to your nominated show. Once payment is made, your purchase is final and no further hires can be made.
- NO REFUNDS if your offer is accepted and payment is made there is no refunds under any circumstance.
