  • Requirements & Fees

    • All vendors must possess a valid TIN Number to participate as a vendor.
    • We are especially seeking products and foods that are distinctly Filipino—items that reflect the culture, craftsmanship, and culinary heritage of the Philippines.
    • We aim for a diverse and balanced mix of products at our bazaar. Your application will be more competitive if you offer unique products not currently available at the event.
    • Products should be offered at prices favorable to our customers. If customers can easily purchase the same product elsewhere at the same price, they are less likely to be interested in attending our bazaar.
    • Fee for a WALL Space: ₱6,000/₱6,500/₱7,000/ – Size: 115" x 90" x 100" (max height). Depending on location.
    • Fee for a CENTRE Space: ₱5,500 – Size: 70" x 90" x 75" (max height).
    • We provide two IBM tables and two chairs per booth for your convenience.
    • Each vendor is given **300 watts** of electricity.
    • If you are selling any food items, you are required to have floor covering under your entire space.

    Please note that we are currently at full capacity for clothing and jewelry vendors, unless the items are truly unique.
