Requirements & Fees

We host six bazaars each year.
- All vendors must have a valid TIN and be able to issue an official invoice to participate.
- We especially welcome distinctly Filipino products and food that reflect the Philippines’ culture, craftsmanship, and culinary heritage.
- We aim to offer a diverse mix of products. Applications featuring unique items not already available at the bazaar will receive stronger consideration.
- Please offer competitive prices that give customers a reason to shop at the bazaar.
- Wall space: ₱6,000, ₱6,500, or ₱7,000, depending on location. Booth size: 2.3 m (d) × 3 m (w) × 2.5 m (maximum height).
- Centre space: ₱5,500. Booth size: 1.8 m (d) × 2.3 m (w) × 1.9 m (maximum height).
- Each booth includes two IBM tables, two chairs, and 300 watts of electricity.
- Vendors selling food must provide floor covering for their entire booth space.
  We are currently at full capacity for clothing and jewelry vendors, unless the products are truly unique.
