Pupose
- The purpose of the first video contest is to inspire and encourage Rotary membership.
- The purpose of the second video contest is to highlight the meaningful benefits your Club brings to the community
Who Can Enter
- One entry per Rotary Club in each contest.
- A separate form for each submission.
- Entry must be created by club members or with their approval.
Deadline
Deadline: Monday, January 19th, by midnight.
Winners Announced: within 10 days on WhatsApp and email.
Video Requirements
- Length: Maximum 30 seconds.
- Size: Maximum 7 GB. (720p/SD) or HD (1080p)
- Format: MP4 or MOV (vertical encouraged for Reels/Stories).
- Identification: Must include the Club’s name.
- Branding: Follows Rotary Brand Center guidelines.
- Tone: Positive, inspiring, action-oriented.
- Accessibility: Captions/subtitles are required.
- Originality: No unlicensed music, images, or video.
Judging Criteria
- Clarity of Message
- Immediately clear what the purpose and message are about
- Content reflects Rotary values and service
- Shows Rotary’s activity
- Compelling explanation of how to get involved
- Demonstrates the impact or benefit
- Easy for non-Rotarians to understand
- Creativity & Engagement
- Impact for Social Media
- Brand Alignment
