Thank you for joining our vendor team at the 2026 - Area 5 MUSIC OF MUNCIE Spring Festival! We are excited to have you! Our goal is to have the display area located in a high traffic area between the ringing site and the class rooms. Base Rate: $250.00

Includes up to (1) 8-ft skirted tables and (2) chairs

Access to electricity and internet service.

Additional tables may be requested, subject to availability

The original (1) table will be skirted, but we welcome you to bring your own table covers to fulfill your branding and/or aesthetic requirements. Additional tables are supplied (subject to availability) at no charge, provided you do not require skirting. If you do require additional skirted tables, cost will be $35.00 each.

Please supply the requested information. Once we have solidified your requirements, we will send a final invoice for your display area.
