Welcome!

We're so excited that you are interested in participating in a BBYO Summer Experience! We're confident that the suite of experiences available offers numerous ways for Jewish teens from around the world to be connected to the core of our Movement, all while being a ton of fun.

You will find all the Summer 2026 programs and registration info for International Delegates here, make sure to take a look.

Please complete this form by March 9 to let us know that you are interested in participating, and we will follow up after IC. You will need to comply with the following requirements in order to participate, but for now, it will be helpful to know what you have already.
- A valid Passport through the end of the program you are applying
- A valid U.S. entry Visa (or equivalent)
- Full compliance with BBYO's vaccination policy
If you require scholarship to attend BBYO Summer Experiences, a parent/guardian must be present to complete this form and provide all necessary information regarding your request. Scholarship request information completed by teens will not be accepted as a legitimate submission. Thank you for your cooperation!

Completing this form doesn't guarantee your spot for Summer 2026 just yet, but is the first step toward getting to your desired program. Official acceptances and scholarship allocations will be shared at the end of March.

Vaccination Information

To attend BBYO Summer 2026, you will need to comply with BBYO's Vaccination Policy
Please review BBYO's Vaccination Policy HERE and confirm you have recieved or can & will recieve the following immunizations:

BBYO Immunization - Required Series Amount
Tdap - 1 Dose
Dtap - 4 Doses
HIB - 3 Doses
MCV4 - 1 Dose of ACWY in the past 5 years. (2 Doses are required if your teen is 16+ OR have not recieved this vaccine in the past 5 years)
MMR - 2 Doses
PCV - 4 Doses
IPV - 4 Doses
Varicella - 2 Doses (or documented evidence of immunity)

You will be required to submit proof of all required vaccinations in order to attend BBYO Summer 2026. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Area Director for confirmation before you submit this form.

Scholarship Application

**This section must be completed by a parent/guardian. Teens should not complete this form without a parent/guardian present. All families will be contacted directly by local staff to review their scholarship request and should be prepared to provide additional information.**
BBYO strives to ensure that any member who would like to participate in 2026 Summer Experiences is able to, without financial limitations being an obstacle. Resources are dedicated to families who can demonstrate financial need. The program’s leadership team reviews each request and makes award decisions based on the information provided. All scholarship inquiries and applications received will be kept strictly confidential. In return, BBYO requires all final scholarship decisions to remain 100% confidential and kept between only teens and their families. This confidentiality agreement is a mandatory condition of receiving scholarship funding.

Expressing a need for scholarship has absolutely no bearing on your candidacy as a participating delegate.

We are stating that the information outlined above is accurate and that the amount of scholarship funding requested is necessary for the applicant to be able to attend this program. We agree that the applicant will participate in a way that is aligned with the spirit of receiving a scholarship allocation that is granted on both means and merit. We realize that funds for financial assistance are limited and that receiving the full amount of funds requested is not guaranteed.

To receive a scholarship award, participants must successfully attend and complete the program without any disciplinary infractions. Should the participant break BBYO’s Code of Conduct, the participant/family will be responsible for reimbursing BBYO for the full amount of the scholarship award.
