SJC Vendor Fair Application

Application period closes 11/1 or when our event fills (around 15 vendors is our max, depending on their space needs).
Our idea is to have a pet themed vendor fair at a pet-themed location! Bring together pet focused shoppers with pet themed (or partially pet themed) vendors. What could be a better mix?

Tentatively we are planning to allow well-behaved dogs on a fixed length leash to join their humans. Most events do not allow dogs, so when purchasing wearable items, it's sometimes a guessing game for sizing, but this way they can be more sure of the correct size. HOWEVER, we are not totally sold on this, because we know the logisitcs of dogs in attendence can be tricky.

Free to apply, $35 to vend for the day (add $15 if you need us to provide a 6ft folding table--limited availability, first come first served).

We expect to have a variety of vendors from pet exclusive items to vendors that include some pet items but are not specifically pet businesses.

Our event date is November 22 from 10am - 2pm. Vendors MUST be set up for the entire time. Expect to be there roughly 9:30-2:30

We have a handful of 6ft folding tables available to rent for $15 and can provide chairs for everyone if you'd like chairs.

We have about 4,000sf of space so there should be ample room for everyone, but we'd like to have an idea of your needs.
For $15 we can provide one 6ft folding table (until tables run out). Do you need us to provide the table?*
