  • 2024 Vendor Information

    • Booth Space varies through out the facility. At a minimum a vendor space will be 6ftx6ft.
    • 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided. 
    • 40 Booth Spaces, (30 vendors +/-) will be selected through a selective application process. 
    • Indoor Booth Space is $100.00 per booth.
    • Outdoor Booth Space is $75.00 per booth.
      • Overnight security is not provided but a designated indoor storage area will be available.

      • If weather does not permit outside booths – booths will be moved inside to classroom spaces.

    • Booth space will be invoiced and collected following vendor selection on the following dates: 
      • Applications open until October 3rd.
      • Notification of selection by October 6th.  
      • Additional selection dates in October based on availability.  
    • Vendor location requests are granted to the best of our ability beginning with the returning vendors followed by new vendors.
