Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Public Health 4 Kidz Science Festival. We are excited about the opportunity to partner with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to create a fun, engaging, and educational experience for children and families.The Science Festival is one of Public Health 4 Kidz Mobile Lab programs and is part of our ongoing effort to bring hands-on science and public health learning directly into the community. Through interactive activities, demonstrations, and exhibits, families learn about health, wellness, and the environmental factors that impact everyday life.We are pleased to share that vendor booths are free, as our goal is to make this event accessible while highlighting community partners who support youth education and engagement.We would like to extend a special thank you to The Harambee House for serving as our Title Sponsor and for their generous support of communities on the Westside of Savannah. Vendors are also invited to consider becoming a festival sponsor. Sponsorship provides additional visibility, recognition, and opportunities to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to STEM education, public health, and community impact. Description of Interactive Activity
At Public Health 4 Kidz, we love to Do Health Creatively! We encourage all vendors to engage participants with a hands-on, interactive activity that sparks curiosity and fun.Every booth will automatically be entered into our Best Interactive Booth Competition, so this is your chance to get creative, think outside the box, and bring the excitement. Let’s have fun and make learning unforgettable!
Opening Parade
We will kick off our Science Festival with a walking parade to highlight our parade marshall, sponsors, vendors, community partners, and speakers. Share a quick summary of how your company will participate in the parade (ex. 6 staff with our company mascot)

Vendor Participation Waiver & Agreement

Terms & Conditions of Participation Assumption of Risk. The Vendor understands and agrees that participation in the Public Health 4 Kidz Production Science Festival Event involves certain risks, including but not limited to property damage, theft, personal injury, or other unforeseen events. The Vendor voluntarily assumes all such risks. Release of Liability. The Vendor, on behalf of themselves, their employees, volunteers, and representatives, hereby releases, waives, and holds harmless Public Health 4 Kidz Production, its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the festival. Indemnification. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and defend Public Health 4 Kidz Production against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may arise from the Vendor’s activities, products, or conduct during the event. Insurance. Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be required for certain types of vendors (e.g., food vendors, health-related services). Compliance with Rules. Vendors must follow all event setup and breakdown times. Vendors must comply with all local laws, health codes, and safety regulations. Booths/tables must be staffed at all times during festival hours. No hazardous or inappropriate materials may be displayed or distributed. Property & Equipment. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, supplies, signage, and displays. Public Health 4 Kidz Production is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Cancellation Policy. Vendors must notify organizers in writing at least [30 days] before the event if they cannot participate. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 7, 2026 for March 7th Event and March 23 of the April 23, 2026 event. Refusal. The event organizers reserve the right to deny or remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or display are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the mission of the festival.
