Any applications received by 5:00 pm on December 3, 2025 will receive a $500 discount (excluding Vendor Expo and Social + Community Service).
Any applications received after 5:00 pm on December 15, 2025 will receive consideration only after the applications received by the application deadline.
A separate invoice with payment instructions will be sent once the Chapter selects the sponsors and patrons.
By submitting a Sponsorship Application, Sponsor agrees to comply with ACC Western PA Sponsor Guidelines, as stated on sponsoraccwpa.com/sponsor-guidelines.
The term of a 2026 ACC Western PA sponsorship is January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
